Every age group of maid or nanny will have their advantages and disadvantages, it's really up to your own preferences on which age group will suit best to your family's needs.
Below 25 -
In general, this age group of maid or nanny is better educated, more energetic, they are particularly good at taking care of young child. Any child will want to go with someone acting like their elder sister with a sweet and lovely face, and can get into his/her world.
Age between 25-40 -
In general, this age group of maid or nanny is more mature and stable, has more experiences in childcare or baby sitting, still energetic. They are particularly good at taking care of infant baby.
Age over 40 -
This age group has more working and life experience, and has more patience, sometimes, they are a good listener. They are particularly good at elderly care. |
